The million dollar question is what is the new avatar Shravan going to do? it certainly looks like that the promo is somewhere connected to the party when the guy is high as a kite
(i) will he try take his life after which suman calls off the marriage to aditya
(ii) will he loose control and and try to do something with Suman (though unlikely considering he is not like that but at the same time is out of his senses) which leads to a hate marriage
(iii) confess his feelings as part of another rant during the supposed party
(iv) will he punch the living day lights out of aditya (if only)
Ramnath and the Nirmala Aditya connection doesnt seem to be coming soon, am guessing.
