Another scenario could be Daadi being hospitalised and she emotionally blackmails Shivaay to marry Annika. But even then, why will Annika agree to it? Marriage of convenience or compromise is fine, best scenario is the one you mentioned but I doubt Shivaay will get ready to marry Annika so easily. 😆
