I had the same feeling,that now one member is in shows then the whole team follows. Moreover I have noticed that every shows they have some promotinal going on. It is either dancing or make up or the next one might be the big designer for Jassi's company.

actually I have heard their first album and they did a wonderful job! The one on monday was ok for me,maybe the music didn't had that much energy.
