For me shattering that mirror was symbolism of how Shravan looked at Sumo till that point, through the eyes of Ramnath. When new mirror comes he will see her through his eyes and perspective changes.

Hints towards Sharman. Adi saying he is middleman. Of course he is.

Adi saying if she accepts PCT she will be Nirmala's bahu. Note her bahu not his wife
