It isnt bad because he has said a lot worse and gotten away. If it was someone else it would be bad. He clearly means what he means and it isnt the first time he has done this. In BiggBoss he routinely tells contestants "mardon ki tarah khelo". He is a grade A misognyist.

Haan bhai toh kyun thak rahe ho. Threads are made on pretty much everything. Even box office numbers are twisted and turned around. Just because he cant keep his motor mouth shut people will talk about what he said. You should never be surprised what kind of threads are made. You've been here long enough to know it already.

When all is said and done the fact remains Salman is on the record for saying this statement which neither of us can deny. You can make your own interpretation out of it and I will do my own based on his previous behavior of misogny and violence towards women. 😆
