There are a lot of stars whose parents name gets them films but they still dont become "stars". Hrithik is a bigger star than his father was 😆 SO I dont think we can credit his dad for his stardom. His dad didnt make him a star overnight, that was all the public and Hrithik's talent.

Also, Ranveer IS from a filmy background. He's related to Anil Kapoor/Sonam Kapoor. Thats a connection. So hes not a total stranger.

I love people here always love to give credits to Papa Roshan for Hrithiks stardom and success. If fathers can makes superstars then why don't we have Abhisek Bachchan as the biggest Bollywood superstar or for that matter Uday chopra as the biggest star in world since he had biggest directors as father and brother.

And I love both Ranveer and Hrithik, but no one can come anywhere close to Hrithiks debut in terms of stardom and overnight sensation. It was a different kind of euphoria. Just caz Hrithik is going through rough patch, let's not demean his accomplishments.
