as expected raj shouts and scolds tanuja and he gets heart pain...

tanuja might take care of him and that may bring memory of tanu1 to raj it seems...

raj will melt becos he will have a connection with tanuja...whatever tanuja does and her nature will remind her of tanu...same goes for ahana...

The pre cap does not show Raj having a heart attack. So how do you know?

But Raj is upset over Bani's note. Tanu cannot influence his impression about Bani

the influence will happen through bonding...

sandy bonds with tanuja...he gets the vibes that she is tanu its the same for raj...ahana...rishi...through bonding they will realise that tanuja is none other than tanu herself who took a re-birth to complete her promise given to rishi...its not a immediate effect...it will take time...there will be ups and downs...
