If Shraman marriage happens, which seems to be inevitable in current situation, it won't be a hate marriage.
But its possible to be a proposed cum forced marriage.
Tiwaris..especially Mamiji will say that if Suman's marriage is fixed with someone then Babuji will be happy and his health will be improved. Then Mausiji (insomnia special) will suggest Shravan's name. Then they will talk to Ramnath.. possibly in front of Kamini. Kamini will take this opportunity to take revenge on Ramnath and will vote in favour of the proposal. And so Ramnath will have to accept it.
OR Kamini will bring a hidden proposal to Tiwaris for this marriage. I mean she can indirectly suggest them about it.
Shravan is on next level of jealousy.. so in that state of mind he will say yes. And of course he is Papa ka laadla beta ..so how can he say no to his Papa.
But Suman is not actually willing to get into this relation in such a complicated situation and with all those MUs. Still she will unwillingly accept it for her family and especially for Nanu.
So thus it can be a proposed cum forced marriage.
PS: I don't know what will be Adi and Nirmala's role in all this. I don't even want to think about them.
