This Filmmaker Admires an Actress Who is at Loggerheads With the Lead

This well-known director known for his opulent period dramas, is highly impressed with this actress who has been in the news for her legal battle with a top actor on personal issues. Even though he hasn't worked with the actress and has worked with the actor, the director has been praising the actress's stand. His admiration for her (albeit discreetly) is even more surprising because the leading lady of his last two films (who is in his next one again) and the actress he admires are at loggerheads with each other. The filmmaker we hear, likes bold women who are open about their personal lives. A few years ago he had defended another actress for her bold approach to sexuality. But unfortunately he only admires them from a distance, never cast them in his films or speaks about his admiration openly.😆
