Absolutely agree.... Can't they show the other forms of Insurgency and Terrorism in India?? (Apart from terrorism in the name of Islam) ....

You can't just always close a topic and forcefully put an end to a discussion! It's funny how so many dumb conversations are allowed and any thoughtful/meaningful opinions are shunned if they are not shared by majority here.

Having said that, I have to give it to CHA that they never claimed to address terrorism or any issues of India. They said they were going to show the lives of air force officers. It is easier to make a show based in the north and dealing with insurgents and what not on that border. Islamic terrorism is such a blown up topic that it's easiest to get the meat from to make a show. And for that matter, they've been quite politically correct in always saying that it's not Pakistan they're against, it's the terrorists..the few who don't want there to be peace b/w India and Pakistan.

They could have made a serial showing something other than the over beaten issues, but that was not their objective. And face it, terrorism on India-Pakistan border is not gonna dissolve if we stop talking about it....NOR is talking about it going help the situation b/c it's only giving it hype and publicity...which is sometimes very harmful.
