No hospital

Is there know hospital in Gangaa's world?? Both Nuru and Ammaji has had a heart attack and recovered without going to the hospital and now, Supriya who is pregnant and coughing up blood was given a blood test at home and to make it worst the doctor left it with Pulkit to take it to the lab😕
I am sorry but the makers of Gangaa is sending out the wrong message. They are making India look like a backward country. This serial is being watched in a lots of country and the message is not good it is more like 1916 then 2016 in Gangaa's world.
