The gap in between Baaghi and Dishoom came mainly from single screen circuits. There was a difference of 43 lakhs nett in CP Berar and CI which is mostly dominated by single screens. In percentage terms CP Berar and CI were more than 25% lower. Then you had smaller circuits like Assam and Odisha making of nearly 18 lakhs nett. Although these gaps are not big in numbers, they are in terms of percentages. Both films did their best business in mass centres but Baaghi scored better in the single screens of those centres. The single screen business difference is due to the genre, one is action comedy and the other is an action love story and the latter will always find more takers in single screens.
