Ahoy everyone. I can't believe that I stuck to this place for more than a month and I am continuing to be here. I guess I am as surprised as you guys are.😆
Well to begin with last night spelled massive disappointment for me. Why is it that the makers peel off layers from their characters in one episode, giving us a raw product of their imagination; and in the next it is back to being the superficial stuff that has dearth of anything worth looking at. It's like going in a loop for infinitesimal amount of time. God they've got to stop with this one. Either shove your story forward or give us something that we'd truly enjoy in the stagnation.
Just the other day I had been praising the writers for providing stability to Shivika but I am forced to eat my words back with rush that is aiming to match Fast and Furious! So a supposed romantic moment happened between the two in the dark and there was no reaction? Any "normal" girl's reaction at someone holding her from behind would be to turn around punch that person straight on his nose. Boy Anika was so tame. And Shivaay didn't react? In what universe an angry Stone Singh Oberoi wouldn't react at having romanced a girl he deems to be a gold-digger?? Are you kidding me? They need to sit and straighten this one out. Decide what route you want to take and then act accordingly. There is no need to jump from one path to the other just because. Firstly I have an aversion to those flimsy romances. If these two indeed have to fall head over heels with each other, there are a lot of ways to the same. Why can't they find a common ground and then go ahead with the love streamer flying high in the sky? Or am I asking for too much. I do get that drama is what sells, but can't that drama be a more refined and polished when presented? I have seen too many fascinations in the dark and mistaken romances on Indian TV and that has successfully spoiled my appetite for more on the same lines. Again decide where you want to go with this one.
And what was with Om? He had been joking around all of that? I mean seriously? Wasn't this guy pre-established as someone who hates cheating in every form? His brother is all set to get married with his girlfriend and when he is getting up close with someone else he is laughing out at that? Excuse me, did I miss out on something or this is a new doppelganger of Om that I had no idea about previously? Omkara was the guy who had strictly asked about Anika and Shivaay's rendezvous when she was in his room, and now when a situation like that is repeated he is happy? Tell me that I took it wrongly for I am as blind as a bat; I don't want to see such degree of distortion now itself. It's like having polar opposites stick into one personality. Is it that apart from drug addiction Om suffered from bipolar disorder as well? I can't really understand that all.
And Tia, give her better stylist please. She is an heiress and this is how she dresses up? Those eye sore of a peplum tom paired with a cut-out black pants and door-knob/handle of earrings; I am no fashionista but I certainly know that is no way to dress up. If she indeed has to pull vampire black then I guess she should take cues from Nina Dobrev of Vampire Dairies. She does black royally well.
So camaraderie is shared by Pinki and Jhanvi. Yes, I still carry my suspicion on her but that was an endearing watch. Jhanvi is happy to see that Tej remembers their Watna ceremony so well. She is elated to see him wear that pink shirt, exactly like how he wore it years ago...but her elation dies when she hears of Svetlana the pain she had abandoned was back in full force. Her biggest problem is that she gives up before fighting. Pinki was right the sparks are alive and very well turn into fire if only fuelled into the same. Jhanvi needs to take this as a fight that will give her all or nothing. She has to put in her efforts to make things happen; her relation will not heal overnight. She needs to nurse it back to health no matter what. A little scene...that of Shivaay peeking through the window and looking at Jhanvi was beautiful. There is no iota of doubt that he is too close to her, maybe more than what words could put in. I am thinking after Pinki, it will be Shivaay taking charge to set things right between his Bade Papa and Badi Ma.
And of course my ship, SvetKara!! I had thought Id be cryptic but everyone in here knows me and my gang's affinity for this one couple. Svetlana hasn't forgotten her insult at the hands of Omkara and she wants to get back into the Oberoi mansion with full authority in order to wreak havoc of mammoth proportions. See this is the kind of villainy that commands respect. She is planning and planning well to get what she wants. She has nothing to lose really, and with this fact out in the open there is no saying what extends she'd go to. I love this woman. This is how you do evil, and yes I am talking to you Roop.

Precap: What a royal bitch this Riddhima turned out to be! So it is a choice between kuan and khaayi when it comes to Omkara. I'd say give us our land in form of Svetkara. Besides both the woman cannot stand in front of the siren that is Svetlana.☺️
