Surbhi asks Nimmi to reveal the truth and they show some old FBs of Little Saumya from initial days and promos. Nimmi finally reveals and Saumya overhears her as she is standing near the door and soon she falls on the floor and is devastated on listening the truth. As Promo ends they zoom on her face.

this means saumya gets to know the truth first n will commit suicide... That means aaj jo shooting ho rhi h hospital maybe saumya is in hospital... N now she may distance herself from Harman to not spoil his life... N we may get a tashan vaala chemistry b/w harman n Soumya

You bring up a real possibility, that Soumya who "loves harman" and knowing what his responsibilities are towards his family, will try to distance herself from harman, but probably will not be able to tell him why..
