Ishqbaas the show is kind of an eye opener to the society and breaks many stereotypes. Each character is flawed n has problems.

Shivaye: He hates poor people. He is arrogant. He is not what a perfect male lead is and this kind of boys exists in society who want everything to be done in the manner they want. (The man handling part is a bit too much bcoz that is not a ryt thing to do.)

Omkara: He is not as emotionallly brave. He needs an escape from reality n did drugs bcoz of his problems. He isn't the one who would handle a problem correctly but he is the one who is trying his best to be emotionally strong.

Rudra: He is the one who gets attracted towards beautiful things. But let's face it who isn't we tend to pick better looking things sub consciously. He is not a mature person but maturity comes with experience he will change with time.

Ishana: She cons people. trying to break others heart. But deep inside she knows her mistakes n knows how wrong she is but she is a victim of the circumstances the fastest way to make money in this scene is either a lottery or some bad work otherwise she n her sister would be probably sold off to brothels. In reality all the people think abt themselves n their family first n then comes others. No matter how much Om is good but she still loves her sis.

Saumya: She does not have an ideal body figure but that does not make her any less beautiful. We saw her how mature n pure soul she is. We know we all r not perfect body wise but whats inside us is what matters.

So all the lead characters r flawed but still they try to improve or accept their flaws. But in other serials the leads are all sanskari. Alok Nath ji ke direct rishtedaar😆 who can't even commit a crime in dream.

This post was made bcoz some people were bashing Ishana for conning n compring her probs with Annika. Annika isn't in dire need of money she n her sis aren't on the verge of being sold to brothel. So just relax n understand she is flawed but so r all others. And so r we. Nobody is perfect n that is an universal truth.

You must be thinking ki Annika ke liye kuch kyu nai kyuki abhi ke liye I find her a typical serial heroine who is just perfect. But she may be flawed we never know😆

regarding Omkara-Ishaana i believe people should give them time for their story to develop..they only had 3 scenes together..out of 3 scenes one scene was mindblowing and yesterday's was also good..some editing glitches otherwise it is good..

even in Anshi case, Shivay-Anika also had not so happening chemistry at the beginning..all of a sudden Anika used to meet Shivay..but later on as the story developed, their chemistry/acting everything developed as well..and now Anshi are very good..

so the same thing will happen with Ishkara also..we just have to give them time.. I would say Ishkara chemistry will be much better than anyone coz Om is so intense my god..in yesterday's scene only when he catch hold of Ish's hand, the look he gave was sooo tenderrr...ufff..that look was amaaazinggg...dunno why noone mentioned about that look..and even Ishana when about to leave she turned back and gave a apologising look..that was awesome..

Ish is flawed and not perfect..and thats what makes Om's love story more exciting..Anshi is too much of recycled story..though i like them too..they r good..but Ishkara is one pair m looking forward to..

Ishkara will be one hell of intense couple..

AnShi are unique in their way, though Shivaay is torturing Anika but he's got a reason and that's a misunderstanding actually, he thinks Anika sold that chip for money ( I think he heard her talking about money in jail as well when Anika was trying to find that chip for him). Shivaay values name, money and lineage or power or whatever, so to him it was as if Anika was trying to defame his family name and what Om did after the video was leaked caused him to act so harshly.
