I just saw yesterday's episode.I understood why she said Bella...
Lord Shiva is angry god who does not please with beautiful flowers so to please him people offer him leaves of Bel flowers.
Omkara's name is also related to Lord Shiva."Om Jai shiv Omkara" this arti is done for Lord Shiva...
While doing this arti bel leaves are offered to please him..so by this way Omkara and Bel leaves are related...
May be that's why she said unknowingly... 😊

lekin dear bella to mogra ko boltey hain 😆...acha vo song bhi hai ek mann kyun beheka re beheka aadhi raat ko bella meheka re meheka aadhi raat ko...🤣...meri hasi hi nahi ruk rahi kya karun 🤣...main sirf itna bol rahi hoon ki bel ke upar bella naam nahi rakha hai bas😆...kyunki dono alag alag hotey hain dono ka matlab alag hota hai...or rakha ho to pata nahi serial ki maya yehi jaaney😆
