From yesterday's epi it was clear that Suraj was affected. If he wasn't he wouldn't have gone to the hospital. As soon as Tejaswani told him about Imli's abortion he wasn't happy at all. He himself confessed to Chakor yesterday that he didn't want Imli to go for an abortion. He was pushing the door to enter the room.

If Suraj doesn't have any feelings for Imli and the child why would he even care what decision Imli takes. There is no need for him to check whether she will go ahead with the abortion or not. Either way he will find out from Chakor. He clearly didn't seem happy that Vivaan came back. When Vivaan held Imli's hand, Suraj was annoyed.
