Welcome again people. Okay admittedly I am today in a comprehensively better mood after the episode maybe because all our rants were heard and a little but visible change did creep as far as Shivaay and Anika are concerned. Can't say that I am happy with but yes, I do feel better with the way this seems to be progressing.

The flashback narration seriously needs to be done away with because it breaks the attention that episode aims at arresting. Also when the key element is already out in the open what is left to show apart from a few fillers here and there?

It began with Rudra apparently itching away like a Bhaaloo and prying Shivaay for a hot oil massage. God Leenesh rocks with his comic timing. You've got to give it to this guy for pulling off such antics and bring a smile on our faces. Please develop Rudra more; I certainly believe he has much more to offer than simply being a comic respite from the building drama. There has to be more beneath his fabric that can jolt us into thinking what might happen next. It then shifts to Om asking Shivaay to step back on Roop and analyze her course of action taken, in retrospect, to find the clear origin of the same. So another layer is peeled off him showing us a raw dermis underneath that believes in giving second chances. I am almost prophetic on this that it will be him who will face the exile, and if that happens he might do it for reasons opposite to what the family will choose to believe. He will do it to give that second chance now to whom that will again be a question we'd need our answers to. So getting back on the track, he wants Roop's reasons to be taken under scanner in order to get a clearer picture of her psyche and her functioning in such a nefarious manner. He wants her to be given an equal trial while Shivaay vehemently opposes the idea. He wants her punished because she dared hurt her family and his Badi Ma. This is the biggest problem with Shivaay is his anger clouding his judgments to an extent that he can never see beyond that smog of supposed scenarios. He is unable to make a decision with distilled conscious of his. That was the first reason why he dragged Anika into the line of fire and now is tampering with her still. This is a major flaw that he holds and it needs to be pried off him sooner because the ambience have begun taking a mammoth proportion; ultimately to end destroying it all.

So he gets called up by Anika and assumes it to be his victory bugle, welcoming him as the champion of this fall out. He goes up ahead and meets with Anika, who honestly is sight in white. Today after a long while did I like Anika. You could see the girl was struggling with the hardships that she was brought face to face with; but even in the face of the same she is not ready to bow down in order to let Shivaay Singh Oberoi have a last laugh. She clearly tells him that life has always been cruel to her; it has always been hard for to claw on and survive...but she has and now with his blow he things really do not change in a world-changing manner for her. If you ask me I rather enjoyed the scene with Anika's fire flaring in the grayish platter of the rain. That scene was shot artistically and I really liked it. It was a stark contrast of Anika's fire and a constant trial of dampening the same by Shivaay. So Shivaay's supposed victory isn't earned by him but is handed to him and The Alpha is not ready to cower behind the same.

He wants to earn the same, he wants his victory to be his by merit and not because the other accepted defeat by bowing down and not putting up a fight. He pulls up the harsh picture of life without basic amenities in front of Anika and forces her to retreat and let him claim the win. He pushes her over the edge so that she falters and free falls into that crater and allow him to savor his earned victory. And when finally Anika takes a thaw, he feels he has earned what he wanted and claims this to be a check mate where the opponent has surrendered their arms and now waits a humiliating experience as prisoner of war. This, unknown to Shivaay, is not the end. Battles are not over when you have nothing to fight for. It simply means that there is nothing to lose now. And when you have nothing to lose, you are at your boldest. Anika has been stripped clean of all that she held close. Her job, her house and her dreams...now she is left with a void. And since things have come to this, she can claw her way in his life and destroy the order that he has maintained up until now. Shivaay has unleashed a dragon upon himself. This magnificent beast might not hack him into pieces but its fiery breath will certainly char his ego and make him accept his first defeat. And once he is defeated, his ego will break and he will evolve into a man who is better than what he was. His character makeover is all set to happen and that seems like an exciting prospect to rejoice over. I am willingly skipping the manhandling-waala-conversation for the things look promising from now on.

One thing that I liked was there was tiny amount of remorse on Shivaay's face when he was leaving Anika behind on the road to pick up her fallen pieces. I had pointed it out once that he is essentially a good man whose learning phases has passed away so fast that he is unable to tap that with anyone who is not his family. He is no monster in breeding but a simple creature who hides underneath the mask of the same in order to avoid attacks or pain.

I found Nakul playing it out nice with his controlled expressions though Surbhi stole the scene with her subtle determination. I find her good when it comes to owning charged up scene where as she falters in the normal ones. Maybe she, like us, connects with Anika when she out bearing her claws to the world.

And the scene gets back to Ishana. I am now sure that the writers are high on something when they write her down. Otherwise there is no way you can explain majboori and fraudulent going hand-in-hand. Her father's dialogues coupled with Noni's assessment were a seal to the fact that these people have been serial offenders. They have looted people before with their connivance and haven't held remorse on that.

So why this sudden sea change for Omkara? Only because there is going to be a love story involved between the two? Remember when she had conned Rudra and gained fifty lakh rupees? Where exactly was her remorse of pain over playing on someone's innocence? If she harbors guilt of that order than it should transcend to every other victim she has had in her past. Why should Om be given a treatment of this sort specifically? Add to it, she finds Om genuine and that is the prime reason why she is hesitating in painting him black. What about Rudra then, that guy fell and fell hard into feeling bad for her...so why this different treatment for Omkara alone? Was Rudra's gullible nature not true enough to instigate guilt in her? Was the pain of heartbreak of her previous victim's not true enough for her to mend her ways? I mean what exactly are they trying to cook with Ishana in particular? So she is a con-artist because her father hasn't left any other options for her, care to explain her dialogue then : Ishana baalon mein laga vo chewing gum hai jo ek baar chipak jaye to pagal kar ke chodtii hain. A woman who until yesterday was enjoying the perks of her profession is now shying away only because she found good-listener in Omkara Singh Oberoi? Are you kidding me? This has to be the weirdest and weakest character that 4Lions have come up with. I used to think Seher from Qubool Hai as stupid entity in name of con-artist, all I can say now is Ishana takes the cake, the baker and the bakery on that front. If they are out of order then they should watch White Collar to derive inspiration for Ishana. A flawed woman is always preferable to a wannabe-good-thing. What is wrong with the writing team to swing her to and fro? Damn she is now irritating, the makers seriously need to sit and set this straight. I detest the 80's angle simply because we've have now moved over to a different era. Something new and original would be better than a same old drama that has been done to death.

The highlight of the day was our best ship ShivKara! I love the fact that Omkara is Shivaay's go to person when his mind ceases to hold the helm of his life together and tightly. He is somewhat perturbed at not being able to destroy Anika the way he had wanted to or maybe over the fact that he isn't as happy as he had thought he'd be. Obviously when you zealously invest your energies into a single outcome and then are not met with a result you had wanted to it comes across as a failure for not being able to tap things the way you had wanted to. Shivaay is going through similar crisis and that is the reason why he flocked to Omkara to vent out his suppressed frustration at not being able to pull out the expected emotions in him. Again as he is unable to express himself out he lets Omkara dissect him with whatever bits and chips he has allowed him to see. Omkara doesn't harp advises or instructions to him.

He simply asks him to acknowledge that bottled up force in him and see whether he is happy or not. And this one push sets Shivaay into thinking whether Anika carries innocence or artifice. Om might not have given him loads to listen to and act accordingly he readily did open a chasm for Shivaay to peep into. He was right when he said that every man is an artist when his pain is out his threshold. Shivaay so far hasn't reached that breaking point but I guess Shivaay will now begin understanding what deep waters Om wants him to tread and measure. I loved the ending note when Shivaay was standing beside an unfinished project of Om. It was symbolic that Shivaay's own projects, his own personality and his decisions are incomplete simply because he hasn't put his heart into the same. The moment he seeps deep into that, just the way Om does, he too would be able to complete his masterpieces and show his joy to everyone out in the open. The last scene of the episode was a definitive artistic stroke and was beautiful to look at as well.

Please don't shove in the female leads everywhere. I am more interested in seeing the Bromance than love stories that I am never able to enjoy. Let the boy time be solely theirs without any addition of another's existence.

Precap: Tia receives a facial and hola people it is IPKKND again. Remember Khushi Kumari Gupta's rendezvous with a certain Arnav Singh Raizada when he had been engaged to another woman?? It's okay if you don't for we'd see that here again.

And new missing report. After Soumya, Riddhima too is under the invisibility spell. Me thinks she is kidnapped by naxalites here in Jharkhand. Don't worry as soon as the news makes it to the local newspapers, I'll share it with you guys!

I so legit missed Jhanvi and Tej. Please show them more.

Okay then adios amigos!

Me first 😆
My spot
___________________
First of all, the way you put your thoughts to paper is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
I read your posts and experience this daze wherein I have to remind myself to comment. The little voice in my head legit goes like,"dude you have to comment. Stop staring at your phone like a coke head 😆." Your posts stupefy me S (Imma call you S, it saves time).
Coming to the post,
Last night's episode was indeed better than the ones we got this week, not that the bar was set high by the previous episodes 😆.
Bruh, I really don't like the whole deal with the flashback narration. It just lets the cat out of the bag too soon and honestly, it kind of stomps on any excitement one may have about the episode.
I won't lie, I found the whole confrontation between Anika and Shivaay nice. Surbhi overshadowed Nakuul with her brilliant performance and this clearly has to earse any fragment of doubt in people's mind about her not being a good choice for the role. She owned the whole scene. Although why she chose to meet him in the middle of nowhere, in that attire and that too during such a heavy downpour, beats me.
But what fascinated me the most is that Shivaay, who went to great lengths to get even with Anika, to inflict her with pain, was miles away from a sense of satisfaction even after having succeeded in doing exactly the same. The way he looked at her break down in the middle of the road shows that he did feel a pinch in his heart too.
The whole thing you pointed out, about the both of them, holds true. I can't even try and add my two cents to it.
You are like Houdini, except with words that is 😆

Coming to Ishaana, the girl is definitely one confusing puzzle. I think she didn't mind conning Rudra because of what attracted her attention to him. She saw his flashing away the big bucks at the cafe and took him to be another spoilt brat, born with a silver spoon. Maybe to her, even Rudra's act of kindness might have come across as an attempt to flaunt his wealth to the world.
But now, with Omkara, things have taken a different turn because he is the only one, who has seen the real Ishaana. She has never let her guard down in front of a prospective target but with Om, it just happened. Having realised how he himself is a broken soul, she may not want to be the cause of anymore pain to him.
Like she herself had stated, Omkara is simply different from any guy she has met.
Did I make sense there? I'm too stoked at the moment. 😆
Another thing, I did not like Ishaana's dad's attitude. He caused the mess and now he can't even man up and take responsibility for his actions. Like wth dude, gather your marbles and own up. But no, he'd rather help or rather make his daughter con people. Lame excuse of a father, if you ask me.

I loved Omkara and Shivaay's little chat. Om made me fall for him all over again. He is so precious and his shayari! Awiee S, I have found true love 😆😆
Also, I don't have anything more to say 'cause your post is amazing and I have said enough already.
This comment is long enough to be a separate post 😆

P.S Jessi, I stole your spot 😎

Hey shivu the episode was the better one for a change I liked Shivika too.

Episode starts with Rudra, this boy is surely a ray of sunshine for us.
He lightens up the screen when ever he comes on screen.
Leenesh is doing a great job as Rudra. But I want cvs explore him more than restrict him to comic relief. Maybe soumya will be the one who will bring other shades of Rudra.

CVS for god sake show her, she is also the lead of the show just like ishaana and Anika.
Now it's getting overboard.

Ohk so we got another layer of Omkara, so by talking to a stranger girl and listening to her pain he thinks that is every coin has two faces. So he wants to know that what actually the reason his buwa tried to harm them. But Shivay is Shivay he cuts it saying she tried to harm them that's enough for him and I likes the way he remembered Anika when Om said everything has two coins. I had a doubt now so Om very well know Ishaana's problems atleast he can guess so when he finds out Ishaana's con on him is he going to forgive her just like that?

Now all Anshi lovers don't kill me for this shivu don't you think a character like ishaana suits more to Shivay as he is not the person who tries to know the true self of others.

Anika for me the total scene belongs to her. What a speech to Mr Shivay Singh Oberoi I love this girl for her honestly and guts. Hope they don't turn that her into some abla nari in future. I don't have any thing to say you said it all.
I liked it when Shivay showed tiny bit of remorse and he won but still not happy because he some where know he was wrong.

Special mention to surbhi and the song. It was beautifully shot.

Ishaana you very well know my views about her but what pissed me was her casual talk with her dad isn't he the reason for all this how come she normally deal with her dad. Never mind it's the most inconsistant character in the show and is opposite to the most loved character what a disappointment

Can we have Ridkara please though actress is blah atleast character is interesting.

Shivkara only one thing they are love and that scene was artistic with wow dialogues and actors nailed it.
Am falling for Omkara harder
CVS more of Om in art studio with ridhima too I wanna know what she feels for this artist Omkara.

Precap: Bring it on it was hilarious

hmmm i was thinking that you like yesterday's episode, just for the sheer beauty of emotions it gave...
my views also are along same line as yours,
I found tonight's episode very emotional at all levels, starting with a mother disappointed with her daughter's bad deeds, to Om remembering Ishana's words and trying to show that everything has two sides, just like a coin! I doubt he even understood that he has just accepted that truth has two sides, i wonder what he'll do once he knows her reasons for approaching him..
then we get Anshi, still a tug of war between them ,who lost and who won!
But did Anika really lose here? did shivaay really win here?
I felt both lost in this case, Anika her self-respect but gained the security of her small brother
Shivaay won his challenge( well almost given we have no idea what will happen tomorrow) but still he lost and this was seen both on his face and during his interactions between him and Om.
It's strange how Om could see that Anika affects Shivaay, yet didnt guess that the hurt stranger with whom he shared his painful thoughts, has also created an impact on himself.
at this instant i will gladly repeat the same words he uttered to Shivaay during the starting episode
Ishana finally showed her real face to Om, but unfortunately her father will make her use this as Om's weakness. It's sad that being a broken person herself, she knew it was wrong if she would attempt to hurt Om even more! And what's worst, she does know that Om's is a broken person, but i doubt she knows the extent to which he's broken, his past drug addictions and his escapism when he cant deal with situation. I feel a bit scared for Om here, he's too innocent and already a broken person...

and cherry on the cake, Om and Shivaay. These 2 brothers have the best chemistry in this show, especially on the emotional scale! almost all scenes between Shivaay and Om had deep thoughts and talks, each knows the other so well, each can read the other so well, each can feel for the other! and i also like that they dont also hide things willingly from each other!
Shivaay not telling about Anika, probably because he doesnt want to bring back the topic of mms.
while Om still doesnt understand enough of the impact of Ishana on his life to share his views...
still both were in a different phase and both knew it very well...

Tonight's episode was very calm and emotional
too much emotions isnt good, so let's hope we get some funny acts tomorrow with Lady Baba and Rudra available in one frame😉

Res.
Unres.

Nice post, as always!

The first thing I noticed in yesterday's episode was Shivaay getting affected with Anika's 'failure'. With Om telling him about the types of battles people have to fight, the reasons behind them, it made Shivaay think.

Both the brothers are getting affected by their counterparts' pain, and they don't even love them yet. It's in scenes like this that I miss Rudra and Somya.

Then Shivaay gets a call from Anika and forgetting his pondering before, he's over the moon and leaves to meet his victim.

It's raining and Anika is getting drenched. It's crushing her. It can as well be Shivaay's ego crushing her. Shivaay reaches and expects her to say sorry, beg and whatnot. But as always she surprises him by her words of courage and self-respect. You said the perfect line, Shivaay took everything from her, and when you lose everything it doesn't mean you've lost, it just means you've nothing left to lose. He took her dreams, her home and her brother but he couldn't take her confidence and self-belief. Still he keeps on saying things to hurt her, so that she finally breaks and accepts that he has won. And she does. She takes the cheque for her brother's future. He leaves thinking himself to be victorious but his soul has lost and he feels it, doesn't realize it but feels it. She sold her self-respect for her brother. She is a winner and he knows that.

Ishana is upset and thinks about whatever Om had shared with her. She feels guilty. But you're right. Why didn't she feel guilty before? She looked to be enjoying her 'job' quite a bit. And she shouldn't feel guilty as she's doing it all for her family and not for herself. But Om has affected her in a way because maybe he was the only 'target' who talked to her without knowing her and said all those philosophical things which touched her heart and made her feel that she's not the only one in the world who feels like that.

Shivaay goes to Om to talk to him. Om is his advisor, friend and brother. And Om is the one who sees Shivaay's discomfort and adresses it. He tells him that he doesn't look as happy as he says he is.

Precap : Anika has finally made an official entry in the ObMansion as Shivaay's wedding planner. And Tia? Lol.

Aaj itni jaldi 😆 Do i even need to stay great analysis 😎
Coming to the epi i am happy that Shivika's story is progressing finally.
Less of rudra today but no problem we got ShivKara today 😆 .Rudra is such an adorable kid, you are bound to fall in love with him.I can realte to him and his antics so much.Leenesh is fab in comic scenes.Rudra and Laughter on our face goes hand in hand 😳 I want Cv's to explore rudra more. There is much more to Ruda's character.
Dadi was upset with roop because she broke her trust and so was shivaay.Om is one such person who thinks with brain as well heart. He strikes a perfect balance between heart and brain and hence he think about what anyone else cannot even imagine. That was a beautiful scene because Om believes in second chances and he feels there are always two sides to a story. This was another hidden characteristic of Om.Now my faith is getting stronger that it would be Om who would be exiled.Shivaay and anger goes hand in hand.Shivaay's anger ia going to make him fall and he'll fall so bad that it will become difficult for him to stand again.
I really liked Anika today.I really liked that inspite of all odds she did not lose faith in herself. And the best part she did not victimise herself and go into abla naari mode. The girl is helpless but not coward.Shivaay thought that he won the battle but actually he lost it.Shivaay's ruthlessness made her even more stronger. Surbhi was great in that scene.I hope even in future GUI doesn't make her ABLA NAARI.#yougogirl.
Shivaay is now in double minds. You could see the remorse in his eyes.Shivaay character has got Depth and finally Cv's are exploring it.
Coming to ishaana i agree to each and every point you have written above. All of a sudden the girl started to feel bad for omkara when the other day she herself said "isse thugne mei maza aayega" Eh what happend now?, Gul should not even try to experiment with Con artists.First seher now ishana. *sigh*
I absolutely loved shivkara.Shivaay and Omkara are backbone's of each other.Shivaay can express his feelings to omkara without hesitating because he knows that Om is the one who'll understand his dilemma. Shivaay was not happy even after he destroyed anika. He could not break her strength and that's what was burning him from inside. I seriously want shivaay to now use his brain and go in depth of the matter. Omkara's dialogues are beyond amazing. They are so intense and full of meaning.Even his one or two liners are so deep that one is bound to fall in love with them. His shayri was so beautifully written and the way kunal delivered it was amazing.
Jo dard dilo ko pyaara ho vo dard dil mei hi rehta hai
Keemat hai us aansun ki
Jo ankhon mei hi rehta hai
Ps- i liked precap because we will get some hilarious scenes between Rushivkara 😆 Bromace is love.More power to their bromance ❤️
PPs- saumya girl, where are you? And that bheji thi dua is such a beautiful song ❤️
