Title (Mukhra) of Song Required

Hi! Friends
I can remember a few Verse (Bol) of a Song that I used to sing 35 to 40 yrs ago.
"Kali Ghatao (Ghatein) Jhoom ke Aao (Aaein), Thandi Hawao (Hawaein) Geet Sunao (Sunaein)".
Can anybody be nice enough to break his/her head over this Verse (Bol) and tell me the Title (Mukhra) of the Song that contains this phrase (Bol).

There is a slight Chance that the required song could be sung by a Pakistani Artist.

The required song may not be as old as 35 to 40 yrs. May be it is only 15 to 30 yrs old.

Sorry I wrote your name wrong. Instead of "Irshada" I wrote "Irshad".
