Husband Found : Shahid to play Deepika's husband ?

New Delhi: A lot has been published about the casting of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming classic tale 'Padmavati' in last few days. But, the audience still doesn't have a clear picture about the star-cast of this flick. Latest reports claim that Bollywood actorShahid Kapoor is being considered to play the character of Deepika Padukone's reel hubby Raja Rawal Ratan Singh of Mewar in this movie.


"Bhansali wants Shahid to play the Chittor King who is married to Rani Padmini of Chittorgarh," SpotBoye quoted a source as saying.

Hmm interesting, but they seem to make a good pair!

Interesting, he definitly should do this. It can become his first 100cr movie lol. Though I hope he'll achieve that feat with Rangoon.

I was so waiting for Shahid and DP to act together and they sign a SLB movie?😭😭 I cannot sit through another SLB movie.. My migraine goes through the roof

I would have preferred to see them romance in a normal movie.

This will be like him brooding cause RS's character is eyeing his wife...and later trying to fight but failing...

its a weak character...but lets see what wonder he will do, if he really has taken it up.
