Ishana has a red coloured mark on her right hand.

Vrushika doesn't have it so is it just Ishana's tattoo or it has something to do with her birth/past story?

Just a thought 😆

It's probably a tattoo. Vrushika has many, on her other wrist also.

as far as i know Vrushika has 2 Tattoos one on her hand and another on her neck

Maybe it's not rated to Ishaana but Vrushika!! Tattoo of her name or something...
