Thus Dev not sharing anything personal is literally Ishwari's fault. She always glorified her struggle even in her flashbacks. Hence Dev not telling about himself to Ishwari comes off as no surprise.

He believes Ishwari will support all of his decision. But unfortunately his decisions till date were all for his mother n sisters, never about himself.

Exactly it's all her fault that she could. Not make the friendship bond with kids and yet expecting them to share each and everything...she likes to hear good things about herself and idolise her..it's her sense of achievement and pride and makes her egoistic ...it's kind of having trophy son who can be flaunted to herself and to others..she is not interested in Dev real personal.life unless it disturbs or affects family or her insecurities..she does not know him at all on deeper level..and yes you said right..she glorifies her struggle..and wants others to do the same...be it her brother ,her kids or anyone else..she needs to come out of he insecurity castle first and see the world around her..and understand from other perspective...but the problem is people whom she listen either are pure selfish like GKB or pure disciple like Dev who tells only good things to her and become yes-man..she needs therapeutic counselling actually because it's harmful for her too along with others

And like almost all mothers of son's..she is too totally different in front of her son.and to others...she manipulates Dev emotionally directly or indirectly ..knowingly or unknowingly but she does it and always be successful

this is exactly what irks me.. all can see it even the two little sisters.. but not Ishwari maa.

i think we will see a repeat of episode 34 in some ways. if we recall, Ishwari threw the food though she knew full well that GKB was wrong... and that made Sona leave.

this is going to happen either this week or maybe next week.. i think next week because i suspect they have shot individual frames to show during the BCL.

i suspect the ratings are going to tank... this track is being badly handled. they can be more subtle about it rather than making Ishwari into another GKB...

So agree👍🏼 Ishwari is too possessive. She cant digest the fact that now she has to share Dev with someone else. He has come for pooja because of sona and pretty soon he will stop smiling and turn into the purana Dev also because of again Sona. All because of ishwari, GKB No.2 😡

Ishawari was happy saying "ranveer ne woh kar dikhaya Jo dev Aur main itne saalo se koshish kar rhe the"
But when Sona has done something similar... Reduced gap between family members why does she act like all things have gone bonkers!!!??!!! *irritating Ishwari*

Hi, just saw the new promo, i think Sona makes Dev a better person, instead she is reducing the gap between Dev and Ishwari by explaining things to Dev in more better manner that makes Dev listen to Sona. Dev never believed in pooja / religious stuff, but i think Sona must have explain or convinced Dev in a manner that made him sit for the pooja, indirectly making Ishwari happy, what she couldn't do for all these years, Sona made it happen. So its that Ishwari's problem, that Sona made it happen?

When Sona explain to Neha on the wedding lengha, that time Ishari thanked her, but why doesn't it apply to Dev? Instead of Ishwari being happy, she is sad, not say Sona made him do bad things, she makes him better person instead.

This is a very complicated situation :

From Sona's point of view she is just making Dev understand something he was unable to understand/relate to before

From Ishwari's point of view where she took care of 4 kids all by herself, carrying a knife at knight just to protect herself from the "rabid dogs". Did everything possible for the son and urge him multiple times to be a bit more religious and he doesnt do it. He does everything else but on this point he doesnt budge

Imagine you were ishwari how would you feel if your son whom you have done so much for wouldn't listen to you on one issue but listens to someone else ?

Here neither I would blame Sona nor Ishwari for they both are right from their point of view. Its Dev's character, which is a bit weakened?? I dont mean becoming religious is weakening. But he was so obstinate about it but then he suddenly becomes a believer just from a few words from Sona. This either makes her Saint Sona or him a guy who goes with the (sona's) wind.

during the lehenga issue agar ishwari ne neha ko forcefully lehenga pehen ne ki bajaye use samjhaya hota shaanti se to shayad wo maan jaati

being parent does not guarantee that you do each and everything right...because they are human too ..they have flaws and they might go wrong too..being parent does not mean too that you understand your kids best...specially when you have no friendship bond with kids ..of you don't have that bond you can never understand them as individual ...if it's parent child bond you will always understand them as child not individual and that's the reason we needs friends, lifr partners ..because they understand us as individual without any birth relationship..as a mother of toddler boy I can understand that how it feels if your so obediently son does not follow in one thing but follows an outsider for same thing...but at the end as a mother who claims to love her son like anything should feel happy ..because she is not going to last forever for son...her son needs someone and of his so reserved son found someone whom.he can open up with and can see things in different and right light then why not..but here sona is not problem..for mommy the problem is anybody in her son's life...this can not be justified in any way under any insecurity..its called plain selfish, obsessive and dangerously possessive

And that's where people are different from.each others..my mil ask me to make my husband understand if he does not what she wants him.to...and it's other way round too when I take help of her ..may be sometimes he just follows when she makes him understand or out of motherly respect where he chose to ignore my advice and take me for granted..so for happiness of a son and husband mil and dil need to have middle way because no matter what but these two women affect a man most.even my mother feels what thing she is not able to make my brother understand and even us sisters he might follow if his wife comes and may be she can show him things in different perspective...so ishwari is complex but wrong too ..because she chose to ignore choose change and happiness of her son in front of her insecurities and ego
