Really nice house and love, love the view. I love her accent too. I can see she has a penthouse apartment.

But she has a lawn ? 😲 How ? Is it real or fake grass ? If real, How do you water your lawn and not have water seep down to your neighbors ? I am not rich enough to live in a penthouse so I wonder about those things 😆
