waah waah such mouth watering take dear,,, so so familiar re seems I'm sitting n attending my pt n doing my usual wrk,,,😛 thnx fr making ths even more special fr me n Joy,,, Joy even I dun kno much about ths wound thing re,, it comes under Surgery na,,😛 bt they say the primary goals to suture wonds timely are:

1. Closing dead space

2. Supporting and strengthening wounds until healing increases their tensile strength

3. Approximating skin edges for an aesthetically pleasing and functional result makes sense

4. Minimizing the risks of bleeding and infection tight wale tanka... waise here they use mental staples which they pull out just before one is discharged from hospital
