Azaan will surely wait for Afreen to confess now, as he is very sure that she loves only Kabir and looks for Kabir in him. Although he loves her now, he has to leave her as thats what Saniya faked.
Now the only option is Afreen hinting in someway that she loves him as Azaan and not looking for Kabir. Considering Afreen's nature that wont happen immediately, some miracle may have to happen for her to speak out the truth probably in her sleep 😕
