How come shivay is the only son of pinky and Shakti?😲

On the other hand Tej and jhanvi have 3 children despite all of their bitter relationship?🤪

Tej and Jhnavi have 2 children Omkara and priyanka. Rudra is illegitimate child of Tej with his secretary Svetlana

This is something which was mentioned in Wiki (later they removed this) they have not shown this as of now, however this does makes sense or else there is no way Rudra could reach up to the level of pain that his brothers are currently facing
