After today posing this kidnapping drama and threatening Khushi and manipulating her he I really showing he is obsessed with Khushi and survi

I agree with you to an extent... He's selfish in a way... he wants survi around when he needs her... but did not stand by her when she needed him the most... So much for being an understanding & supportive husband... That's something I absolutely detest about him...

Yes he's obsessed with SuShi, but its only out of love for them... It's his love for them that makes him possessive... & his possessiveness make him do the most stupid & dumbest of things...

He cannot bear the thought or the sight of survi being with some other guy (even if the other guy happens to be Jatin)... The way Survi spoke to him about having to live for someone else & then finding out she's living at Jatin's place, he just put 2 & 2 together & presumed she has moved on in life with Jatin... N he has made it very clear about him thinking Jatin & Survi to be husband & wife on various occasions... Survi is doing no good to him by not clearing the air... Whenever he rakes up this topic she keeps quiet rather than speaking up once & for all...

So far as Khushi is concerned he is deeply hurt of being away from her for 7 long years... for presuming her to be dead... He thinks Survi kept him in the dark as a way of punishing him... Courtesy all misunderstandings created by Tai & the kidnapper... Of course that doesn't justify the kidnapping drama he staged... But he is not a bad person... just that the circumstances he's in are horrible enough to make him do things he shouldn't be doing... his hurt has overpowered his rationale to distinguish between right & wrong...

Kiara i don't think abuse and love go hand in hand sorry. He was a good friend but he is a lousy lover and husband.

Till now they have not butchered Survis character but for me when he acted the way he did after marriage was horrible, married her but didn't want to accept her. Then birthday, snake fiasco then throwing her out as though she is a rubbish, never looked back. Survi is the one who contacted him he was waiting for her apology.😡🤢 to take her back really

I think the problem is that while he hated Survi for 8 years, he got so used to those emotions that now all he knows is to live in agony. Before all this, in the start he was an amazing and trusting friend to Survi, but once she went away, he deviated and is now so manipulated by Tai that he no longers even understands how far off the wagon he has gone. His distinction between right and wrong has been ingrained by Tai and hence he doesn't feel anything wrong with whatever he is doing. Kartik is not just confused, he is physically incapable of expressing his inner feelings regarding Survi and how jealous he really is. Had it not ben for Jatin, the story would have been very different but he can't stand the idea of Survi being with someone else for 7 years while raising his daughter. In his mind, Survi didn't just take away his daughter, she also gave all his rights as a father to someone else, something he can never tolerate as he is very egoistic. All he wants is Survi to say Khushi is your daughter, I am your wife, you have all the rights but the poor guy doesn't understand that he lost all rights when he threw Survi out of his house.
