Easy way out without suraj acceptance

Annulling a marriage is as though it is completely erased - legally, it declares that the marriage never technically existed and was never valid.

A divorce, or legal dissolution of a marriage, is the ending of a valid marriage between a man and a woman returning both parties to single status with the ability to remarry.

An annulment case can be initiated by either the husband or the wife in the marriage. The party initiating the annulment must prove that he or she has the grounds to do so and if it can be proven, the marriage will be considered null and void by the court

so chakor can singlely apply for annualment without consent of suraj and can get her married annualled

even imli and vivan can do the same

so no need to wait for 6months or an year

all of them have full fledged proofs like wedding cards and guests who attended the marriage as witness

easy way out and will be good slap on suraj face

Well it happens if and only if Indian dramas use some logic in their shows.
They will just drag this into a never ending saga

A marriage can be annulled if not consummated. Otherwise the couple has to file for a divorce. But since Vivaan and Imli are under the impression that Suraj and Chakor have consummated their marriage, it would be hard for Chakor to convince the court otherwise.

So going by that, Chakor has to wait for the legally required time and provide a solid ground to file for a divorce since she will not be able to get it annulled. Unless she is able to prove that she did not sleep with Suraj.

Ofcourse, she could undergo a medical examination to prove she's still a virgin. But since this is an Indian show, logic only goes so far. In the meantime, I am just going to sit back and enjoy watching Suraj and Chakor giving each other a hard time!
