Om is the lad with a steely spine and I don't think that he is going to be brainwashed anytime sooner. But Tej is danger, he might go on about another ways to prove his point you see.
Indeed what you think might be true but then Rudra is so far the glue binding them all together, it might be that he ultimately declines Tej's offer leaving fuming some more. Jhanvi seems an easy target for all, she might have to suffer yet again.
