Today Sita showed how a queen should be, how a mother should be, how a woman should be when she told she will take heat and asked agni to change its nature to cool for Hanuman.

If you look from Sita's perspective who is Hanuman. If she is a queen he is a sevak, if she is a mother he is her child, if she is a woman he is part of nature who has come to relieve her sorrow.

A person has come for her overcoming so many challenges on his own, a person has fought for the sake of her and today that person is getting punished. If someone do something for you, if someone is following you, if someone is doing their duty out of love towards you if a trouble comes to them Sita shows what you should be doing.

Take the heat on their behalf. Take the stress out of them so that they can do what they are intended to do. With a cool fire behind him, Hanuman goes and destroys the adharmi Lanka.

It is the same in our life. As power comes to us whether in personal or professional as we move up the ladder we need to understand we have to be more responsible not only for us, but also for others. If you are a manager and pressure comes from top you have to ensure you take the maximum heat and support your reportees in completing the task on time. If you pass the heat down you create fear tactics, but if you take heat you create respect and your reportees will go extra mile to complete task for you.

In your relations, if you are elder, if you have power learn not to pass the stress or power on others. Take the troubles coming from outside onto urself and direct others so that the task is completed, family is united.

Burn yourself to use the fire constructively for the destruction of wrong cultures, wrong traditions, wrong priorities. Ram and Sita sets that example. Their burned themselves for the welfare of the others. That's why a Lakshman follows Ram, a Bharath gives away the throne, a Urmila never complains and a Mandavi supports. That's why a Hanuman or Vibhishan comes to them. Ecosystem dont change them. They change the ecosystem.

Allow the fire in you to create constructive things and be the change agent starting from yourself

As usual very well analysed Di 👍🏼
With great powers comes great responsibilities nd Sita portrayed that in true sense.. Calling Hanuman "putra" nd just like a mother, taking her son's pain upon herself... and as a queen she quickly analyzes the situations nd makes rational decision of meditating instead of panicking... Sita truly showed the concern of a mother as well as the responsible nature of a queen

@aditi what I like the most about the SKR is the fact that how the script has build the character of Ram and Sita as model humans with respect to current times. A couple worth emulating in every sense.

Agree that allows us to connect more to them
They are presenting an example for all of us of how to react in certain situations ...

Well said Shruthi.. skr is showing a model for how we should deal with the situations and not just react.. The way Sita takes decisions and brings destruction to adharma is very inspiring if only we all could be 1% like her our life's would seem like heaven on earth. After all when compared to them our life's problems seem so miniscule.

Yes Ria. We have problems mostly because we look at what we don't have compared to what we have.
Since too many options are given, people want everything. I always say if you don't have any physical deformity, you have parents, you have got decent education, got a job that pays decently well, have friends and relatives to whom you can talk consider yourself lucky than lot of people

Shruthi amazing analysis of what prompted Sita to act the way she did. In any relationship the power position alternates.Children need parental protection for a while. The same child as time goes by stands for self and also for those around. When actions stem from innate care and compassion for others it is elevating when it stems from self preservation it becomes defeating. Vibishan speaks out of concern for his brother the subjects and respect for others. He gets kicked out by the brother who is so absorbed in the self.
The epics have a timelessness. The way in which it is perceived is a specific time frame. When we look at say the response of Ram after breaking the Shivadanush it is written by the script writer of 21st century bringing in his/ her perspective. The characters and values they symbolise, the events are timeless, How we package and present is what adds relevance.
The Amul Moppet is half a century old. What makes us smile at every new hoarding is the way the happenings of the day are built into the caricature and tag line.
Ramanand Sagar's Ramayana is different from the present that is created 3 decades later so also the versions of MB. The context is the now...that backdrop makes the script writer add the relevance they think needs to be presented.
