Urghhh... another thread is opened for bashing. Is there anyway block these ids so that I wont be able to see their posts.

Unfortunately, no! These are MIDs created by people just to brew trouble. They either use a proxy website or a VPN to route their IP through a different server. So they cannot be outrightly banned.
