Jyoti, your BMI (body mass index) falls under normal. However your build may make you feel overweight.

- try avoiding carbs and sweets. If you are mostly active DO NOT starve yourself. You will feel nauseous or develop ulcer.

- take stairs. Nothing beats that.

- wear fitting clothes. Avoid too loose/too tight or heavy embroidery where you thing you are bulky. Do not choose horizontal stripes.

- drink water. Eat fresh fruits instead of juice.

- add honey/lemon and olive oil in your salad instead of dressing. Also chat masala in fruits.

- no whipped creams or ice creams. Try a little ice cream with nuts and fruits or frozen yogurt.

thats normal😊..i will give you some tips because you feel so that i use..even though i should not because i have the opposite problem😆

you should:
~walk around for 15-30 minutes after you eat each meal
~don't starve your self! this will cause health problems for you
~you can eat what you like..but dont eat too much of it
~cut down on all fatty foods and junk foods..especially soda
~be very energetic..do a little dance if you have too😛

thanx soo much for the tips😊 i'm also in a sport (cheerleading) so that's also helping lots too
