Why the hell did karthik need to turn away just so gayu could clean herself up and need special permission from her to turn back? W*F was that? I just dont understand indian serials and its logic 🤣

its not male lead being being sanskari its a simple cultured way of respecting women.that icecream or whatever actually fall on gayu's neck n front portion of her blouse n i think stomach too..a gentleman would really do what kartik did in this case since gayu is cleaning herself on those parts.its not her hands,legs or whatever n moreover watching a girl cleaning herself is a bad manner.
