TaaRey OS - Run-away marriage

Hi friends... It has been a long time that I have been in this forum. It is my first try on TaaRey. This may sound creepy. But, it just popped up on my mind...

Taani Shekawat was pacing to and fro in the room with million thoughts eating up her mind. 'Will he come or not? Agar kuch gadpad ho gayi... mein use sach mein maar daalungi...' She vowed in her mind.

Just then her phone rang with a sweet romantic song making her literally jump to it. After attending, she bombarded the other end with questions.

"What took you so long? Do you know how scared I was? Kya ho gayi tume? Kuch toh bol. All will end well na? Any problem? Please say something. I am scared out of my wits"

"Oh ho.. Taani. I always wonder how you could speak without taking any breath? Are you trying for Guinness record? And here are the answers for your questions. I have arranged for everything and you be ready by 5:30 in the morning. I will come to pick you up. Be ready with your belongings" said the other end, Reyaansh Singhania, her lover.

"I will do as you say, Rey. Will be ready. Aur sun. I am keeping my mobile in vibration mode so that I wont end up waking up everyone in home when you call. So don't get frustrated if I didn't attend within 5 rings". She said knowing well about his I-loose-my-cool-when-taani-doesn't-pick-up-her-phone nature.

"oh-kay. But, darling, do you really want this?" Rey asked for god knows how many times to get a loud "REY" from his love.

"I will be on time" saying which he cut the call.

Next morning. time 5:30

Taani was waiting eagerly in her room when Rey messaged her to come out of her room as he is waiting for her in his car. She soon went out and saw her home which was the place which holds a lot of memories of her craziness, stubbornness, anger and many more. Her whole family was peacefully sleeping as they didn't know what their little angel is up to.

Shekawat Mansion was awoke by the loud knock in the main door. Soon, the members of the family were in the hall to see who have come at this time to their home. Rajveer Shekawat opened the door and found their maid standing outside with a tensed look on her face.

"Pushpa! What happened? Why are you here at this time?" he asked the one standing in front of him.

"Sir! I saw taani mam going somewhere in car with Rey sir. Taani mam was dressed as bride. As soon as I saw that, I came here to say to you" she said in a single breath.

Rajveer soon went to Taani's room to check what Pushpa is saying is true. There he was welcomed by an empty room with a paper on her bed. He soon rushed to it and picked it up.

Dear papa,

I am sorry that I will be Rey's wife when you read this. I know that you have given me all I have asked for. But, I am sorry that I hurt you by taking such a decision when you have scheduled my marriage next week. I am sorry papa. I want to live my life. I wanted to say this to you. But, couldn't gather up courage for it. I can't be a doll in the altar where I will not find any happiness. I know that you may be upset and angry. But, I promise you that I will return soon with my pati.

As soon as he read the letter, he broke down only to be held by his son, Swayum. He showed the letter to his son who was equally shocked.

Shekawats and Singhanias are best friends and business partners for the past two generations. They hail from the same village and are hence in their own ancestral homes inorder to celebrate Taani's marriage. Singhanias mansion was just two streets away from the Shekawats. In no time, the whole Singhania clan was there in Shekawats discussing what to do next.

Just then Swayum entered the hall with a news. "Papa, I got info regarding where they are now. They both are in the temple outside our village"

In the Temple

Rey and Taani were before the holy fire and reciting what the priest told them to do. On seeing their face, it was clear that they were afraid to the core thinking someone may end up here to stop their on-going marriage.

The priest asked Rey to adorn Taani's maang with sindoor. As soon as he did it, he could feel that she closed her eyes to absorb the moment. A lone tear formed at one end of her eye. Then taani opened her eyes to look at him with content filled eyes. He was happy to see the content look on her eyes.

To say the truth, he was not happy to be here marrying her secretly when he can fight for the whole world to be with her. But, this second made him regret the decision. If this is what she want, then he will do it. Anything for her happiness.

He tied the mangalsutra around her neck and took the saath phere with her. Then, the priest concluded that they both are husband and wife not only for this life, but for all the forthcoming seven lives.

The newly married couple came out of the temple happily to find two cars coming to halt in front of them. From the cars, the families of Taani and Rey got down with confusion and anger written over their face.

Time for some family drama!

The first one to come out of the thoughts was Shekar Singhania, Rey's dad. "Rey! What is this? You married Taani like this? What is the need for such a marriage when you both are getting married within a week?" he asked with a voice more of confusion than anger. Others too echoed the same thoughts.

Flashback

Before 3 days, when Rey and Taani were on phone

Taani - Rey, how much do you love me?

Rey - Do you ever have to ask? I love you as much as water in the ocean and stars in the sky.

Taani - So, can you do something for me?

Rey - What can I do for you, your Highess. He could hear her laugh on the other end hearing him mimicking like a royal servent.

Taani - You should not be angry on me. I really want you to do this. She asked him a number of times conforming that he will accept.

Taani - I always had a wish to be a part of some crazy wedding which has running, chasing etc. But, for my bad luck, I couldn't be. So, can we have such a wedding?

Rey was utterly confused hearing this when their wedding was planned next week by both the families. He tried denying it. But later gave in with Taani's never ending phone kisses and pretty pleases.

Hearing this, all were shocked would be an understatement.

Mahima Shekawat - Rey! You really accepted for her wish? But why?

Rey - Aunty, I have promised your daughter that I will fulfil all her wishes till I take my last breath. Then how can I deny her this wish?

Taani was so much pleased with his speech and in all this, thanking god to send such a guy in her life.

All were like AWWW and at once Sharon turned towards Swayum, her best friend/ lover/ husband in a week with lovey-dovey eyes.

First Swayum had a confused expression which was soon replaced by horror one followed by his shout "OH NOOO!!!!!"

I am sorry for this crap. You all may think that from where this idea cropped up from. Actually I want to witness a marriage like this or get married with all dramatic style.😆 This happened after hearing a marriage drama from my friend. Her cousin got married in such a way, (not exactly like this). I will use that in some of my forthcoming stories, if I write some.😳 And for those who are confused why Taani wrote a letter, read it again after you completed reading fully.
