Rey was working in his cabin on the new project when the door of his cabin burst open and an excited girl entered inside.
"Rey!" She squealed in happiness and walked over his desk with a huge grin plastered on her face.
"Shilpa? When did you came back from london? You were supposed to come back next week-" Rey got up from his chair and hugged his best friend tightly.
Shilpa Malhotra, his childhood best friend and the person he care about apart from his family. Since childhood they are inseparable and know each other inside out.
"Yea! I was supposed to but then i thought to come back early. I couldn't afford to miss my buddy's birthday which is after two days." Shilpa beamed as she broke the hug and look at him with a smile which he returned.
"And now forget this work and come with me."
"But where?"
"Home! I want to spend some time with you." Shilpa told him and before he could react, she held his hand and dragged him out.

Humming the taylor swift's love story, she walked inside the singhania mansion at night. She, Aahana and Aryan has planned a sleepover at his place.
She moved in living area in search of Aryan when she collided with someone.
"What the af! Are you blind or what? You ruined my dress-" Taani snapped at the girl who had collided with her and spilled her orange juice on her dress.
"I am sorry, miss. It wasn't intentional." The girl apologized to taani.
"Like hell it wasn't. Did you left your eyes somewhere while walking?" Taani narrowed her eyes and glared at the girl, she looked 3 or 4 year elder to her but she didn't cared. When she is angry, she tends to lose control over herself.
"Don't you dare talk to her like this." They turned when they heard a powerful, stern voice from behind. Taani narrowed her eyes when she found Reyaansh singhania standing there, glaring at her.
"And who are you to tell me this? Listen, dude, It was her mistake-"
"And she had apologized for that. You have no right to talk to her so rudely." Rey interrupted her, surprising her with his protectiveness for a girl whom she is yet to know. He had never talked to her like this before and if enraged her, she wasn't used to people ordering her around and correcting her.
"Like i care. She is not somewhere's queen that i have to respect-" Taani shrugged and walked away from there. She went in aryan's room while cursing the girl who's name is shilpa.
Rey was staring at her retreating figure, as much as he liked her feisty nature, he hated when she disrespected his best friend.
"Rey, who was she? She was so rude-" Shilpa turned to Rey and asked him, who still looked pretty angry due to whatever just happened.
"She is aryan's best friend." Rey answered her.
"Come, I will drop you home. Its getting late." Rey said to her, Shilpa nodded and they both left for her home.

It was late at night, when he felt thirsty and went in kitchen to brought water. He was passing by Aryan's room, he stopped hearing sound of her laughter, curiosity got better off him and he peeped inside the room. Empty cola cans were rolling on the floor with empty pizza boxes, Rey narrowed his eyes and looked around for her.
Aryan and Aahana were passed out on the bed where as taani was laying on the couch and watching cartoons while laughing her heart out. It was another surprising thing for him to witness.
"Aren't you too old to watch cartoons." Rey said aloud as he entered inside the room, making his presence noticeable to her. Taani stopped and turned to look at him.
"What the af do you want?" She hissed in anger, she hasn't forgotten how he behaved with her downstairs when she arrived.
"Can't you talk nicely? You are too pretty to be a rebellion." Rey asked her curiously.
"Don't go on looks, Richie Rich. Looks can be deceiving. You can never tell whats going on inside a person from his or hers outside personality." Taani said to him, surprising him yet again with her mysterious yet mature talks.
"A pretty smile can be hiding pain of years and you will never know." Taani added in daze. His brows knitted in confusion as he look at her, wanting her to explain what she meant.
"What?" He voiced out his confusion.
"Nothing. Now leave, you are disturbing me." Taani snapped at him harshly.
"I want to talk to you." Rey said to her, ignoring her tone.
"But i don't. And if you are here to give me lecture on how to talk to people, then save it for yourself, dude. I am not interested." Taani grumbled, she tore her gaze away from him and continued watching cartoons.
Rey sighed, he marched toward her and without given any warning, he scooped her in his arms.
"Dude! Put me down." Taani glared at him and commanded him but paying no heed to her protests, he walked out of the room while she tried wriggling, but he had firm grip on her.
"Where are you taking me?" Taani asked him, trying not to sound nervous and to an extent, she was successful too.
"You need to learn a lesson to not to disrespect me again." Rey mumbled as he entered his room and closed the door with his leg.
Taani gulped down, her insides churned in anticipation as he throw her on his bed. She groaned mentally knowing she is in trouble.
