Guys it is quiet possible that the house (Akash Ganga apartment) is still in Ruhi's name because on many cases people feel reluctant to change the will or may be Sr. Bhalla forgot to change the will. He would have thought of changing it on emergency basis if he was aware of the fact that Ruhi was abducted by Nidhi but they believed Ruhi to be dead. So there was no harm to the property.

secondly neither Ashok nor Nidhi are trying to grab the flat which is in Ruhi's name. they have very well analyzed the Bhala's strategy, so they are just trying to instigate the issue to make Bhalla's change the nominee or take out Ruhi's name from the property to show Ruhi that her family doesn't love her or trust her. Nidhi is not a fool to believe she can claim a minor girl's property. She is an advocate and she is aware of the law. They are just trying to weaken Ruhi's self confidence and make her resolution weak towards Bhalla's. They are trying the divide and rule policy.

And about the property still not ready, I don't think that was the case as we have seen Sr. Bhalla paying for the reconstruction work and even Mr. Aiyyer. So they still own that property. At the same time Raman has purchased this apartment and it belongs to Raman Bhalla and no longer a service apartment.

Coming to your reply, if we still believe that Sr,Bhalla didn't change the property name, how he helped Romi? From where Sr.Bhalla got the money to help Romi initially? Why Romi didn't ask his share from his father as he turned rival to Raman?

To help Romi, Mr. Bhalla used his savings which he wanted to spend on his daughters wedding which Raman opposed and spent from his own money (Simmi's with Subbu & rinki's with that NRI).

The property is Mr. Bhalla's own earning nd not an ancestral property, so Romi can't ask fro his share unless his father gives it on his own.
