One important thing is that even though I have watched YHM all along, I dont now go by my perception of what Raman Nd Ishita did in YHM 1.0. So it appears as if Raman is having small hopes of Ishita's return else he will fulfill his promise to Shagun. If Shagun turns blac , then it wont be Raman's decision, it would be but obvious that he wont marry her. Then he left the wedding for Ruhi and not for Ishita, even though technically and legally he was not divorced to ishita.

In his anger Raman has taken so many decisions and I can just see that right now he is using two women to meet his ends- one for Pihu and one for Ruhi.

However when we say what we see on screen we are termed as Raman bashers. And frankly I dont comment much on other characters coz I dont care about them as much as I do about Raman. So I am hugely disappointed with him, this is noit the Raman I knew who was a amn of integrity in both business and personal life...frankly after surrogacy I did not even watch the show for a long time till after leap.

So I want to see Raman's redemption and him valuing and respecting Ishita, is that bashing Raman?

Maya as you said I lost Raman there.. Too, after Shravan telling the judge what exactly happened, the pihu school incident when Shagun questioned him, and why he didn't question Shagun about the shravu fiasco..,,. When ruhis custody was at stake.

Adi - ishu scene.. The saving grace of today's episode
Another scene when the judge warned nidhi and asked her to leave.
The rest sucked big time.
RKB is in deep s**t...lets c how he clears things up.

You are right Raman and Ishita of the starting of YHM is no more so we should not see them with those character sketch in mind but what to do those were very relatable characters which were so good that we started loving the imperfect perfect couple but now finding it hard to come out of that character sketch and hoping against hoping seeing this serial they would once again bring those qualities in both of them instead of just seeing it one or two episodes

If we forgot what happened pre-leap and just concentrate on post leap then the Raman they are showing is selfish and the Ishita they are showing is a door mat both are in itself is injustice to both the characters because Raman was shown as a man with integrity and Ishita was shown to us with a spine in the starting of the show.

I don't want them to patch up soon. They have shown Ishita is guilty; right now I just want Raman to acknowledge his guilt(not assumption or interpretation of the shot/scene but show it explicitly on screen so that everyone can understand) for the part he played 7 years ago he doesn't have to accept to anyone but to himself that he is also responsible for this mess instead of being stuck at Ishita left me.

Yeah I was lost when he did not question Shagun about the fiasco as you have pointed if he did not want to embarasse Shagun in front of everyone he could have asked her when they were alone in the room I'm not sure why he did not😕
