When the media asked her for her reaction to Salman Khan's recent controversial comment, she was quick to say, "You should ask the person who made the comment. In reality, there are so many brutal cases happening in India. Why is no one talking about those issues? A lot has been said about the Salman comment. I don't want to add to the noise. I would rather put the spotlight on real issues. Instead, We must talk about how to treat women better."

the question is - isn't there a certain mindset that associates rape with only forceful sex and physical assault... while totally ignoring or unaware of the emotional, psychological and social impact on the victim. Is this not the reason why still so many people are not serious about rape in India. Is this not a real Issue?
