Today's episode was beyond brilliant. I won't write about Suman today cause I feel lots of turmoil is going on in her head and to understand that I need some time.
Here is my take on the episode:
Shravan
He was broken was an understatement,he was guilty was an understatement he lived like a living corpse was what defined him. He walked back and forth impatience clearly visible in his walk and as soon as the operation was over he ran an and asked doctor about her. In no second when the doctor informed him that she was critical for the next 24 hours he ran too see her as if it was he was going to see himself after a major makeover.He caught her lying lifeless bandage covering her hand and head and the drips/needles pricking her probably hurting her,her fear of injection coming true and he just could not do anything.The flashes of her accident flashed again and again in front of his eyes,each time a new and a sharper knife piercing his heart.He imagined what would it have been like if for once he could have put his bloody ego aside and just taken a small step to make her realize about the manhole that could cause her her life.If he would have done that today she wouldn't be living a life surrounded by pain and he won't be here standing and looking at her feeling the pain that just could not be understood by anyone not even her.He kept looking at her cursing himself not caring about what was going around him all his eyes,ears and heart focused on was her. When his father came and told him to go home and take a rest he denied,denied in the way one gives a order.Today Ramnath's son was long gone and what stayed back was not Suman's friend but Suman's Heartbeat,Suman's Love. Today he could not let anyone tear them apart not even god or anyone higher than him if there was someone. He went inside the ICU knowing that if he stood outside there would be chances that one might drag him and take him away from his life and he could let this happen. So he went inside sat beside her not speaking a word just looking at her as if apologizing for the mistake he did through his eyes. The doctor came in and informed him that he had to leave,even though his heart didn't want he knew he had to cause the doctor had a cure that could heal her. But as soon as he got up he felt some tiny tingy feeling as if someone was calling him out and requesting him to stay. He knew it was her and at the moment not exerting/pushing her hand away he sat thinking that it would calm her,give her some peace.He remembered the moments when she used to hold him and that's all she wanted. Today he realized that she had trusted him back then and till date she had full trust in him.He now knew that for her.he had always been her superhero and no matter how angry she ever was with him she always had this feeling in her that he would always protect her from all the problems from all the bad consequences. Today he failed her,he failed his own life,he broke not just someone's faith but her faith,the person's faith who he had loved more than his life. And this thought could not do anything but just break all the shields that had been stopping the tears in his eyes and now he broke down,crying for spoiling the life of a person who he once had promised to protect.Protectively and politely still holding on to her hand he slept in an uncomfortable position because that's what he deserved ,pain and more pain,he thought. The next morning he woke up a little disappointed that she still hadn't woken up but as soon as he was going she gained conscious as if the universe and even she was asking him to stop and telling him to be with her. As soon as he saw her eyes open his happiness knew no bounds he rushed to her calling out so that once she would listen to him or at least speak to him even if that meant cursing him. All her family came inside so that they could meet her and he happily moved aside letting them in because he knew that she loved her family the most and no where other than her family could she find solace.Doctor came in to check her but her lips still continued moving,pain visible on her face and eyes and that moment he knew she desperately needed something and so he grew tensed.Once he understood that she wanted water he ran pushing everybody even the doctor so that he could at least help her here. But when the doctor refused and scolded him and stated that she could not eat/drink anything for the next 24hrs his blood boiled higher than 100 degree and he felt as if he would rip of the doctor's face any moment.She was already in so much pain and when she would not get anything to eat for damn 24 hrs how would she live? he thought. She was in so much pain and desperation asking for water and he could not even give her that,how bad a friend,a person was he?And how inhuman was the doctor?He thought .Pushkar took him outside but his heart was still inside the ICU with her.And as soon as he heard something falling,fear engulfed him,fear that something might have happened to her and so he rushed inside.The doctor was telling her to hold the pen but she could not.He could see the pain,confusion and frustration clearly visible on her.Pain because her hand wasn't working,confusion because she could not understand the reason behind it and frustration because she could not do anything about it.He knew these were the reason and the little happiness that was born in him now was snatched and in place confusion,pain and guilt was given. When the doctor took him to the cabin and explained what had happened to her exactly,the living corpse now moved to becoming a dead corpse.He was now not only guilty for what his ego had caused him but now he was guilty because now because of his ego not only his life but the lives attached to her would now suffer too. He crushed the paper weight in his fist,physically hurting him so much as if compensating the pain he had given her but he and we all know that it was not going to work even a bit.
My tit-bits about the episode that had people other than Shraman would be on a different post as I want people to concentrate on this and try to understand what I am trying to convey here.Looking forward for your views.
