... compare her and dev's situation with neha ranveer? i mean how can she say that she herself being middle class is same as ranveer being middle class ?
does she expects dev to be a ghar jamai? i don't think so.

she is forgetting that after her own marriage with dev, she is going to live with dev in dev's house. she is going to shift from middle class to upper class. whereas, neha's situation is going to be opposite. neha will have to adjust in a small house with lots of people.

see. don't misunderstand me. i have nothing against being middle class or upper class or lower class for that matter ( i am reffereing the classes financiallly. not otherwise. )

but i personally feel that it is easier to adjust when u shift to an upper financial class from lower financial class than the other way round.

sona needs to understand this. dev's concerns are not at all wrong. because he knows neha. he perfectly knows neha's expectations from life. i don't find him wrong. in fact i seriously wonder how ishwari can be so delusional and bookish/filmy!

and now about neha.

her expectations are not wrong. but then what she herself is doing to meet those expectations and demands? what she is doing is expecting her would be to fall in line or her bro to fix her life.
if she is so sure about her wants and needs, she should offer ranveer to work together to get what she wants. she should make her expectations clear to him and offer her own help and efforts. and if ranveer rejects this offer, then she should justifyably leave him!

First of all there would be nothing wrong with Dev being a ghar jamai, it's his choice (but most likely won't happen). Second, we don't know if Sona will move into Dev's house after marriage (I personally don't find that fair that she has to move because she's a girl). And third, I'm pretty sure Sona's not going to be financially dependent on Dev since she has her own successful career so the whole moving to upper class lifestyle won't necessarily happen (just had to get that out first, sorry!😃). But I understand Neha too, I think she just has to talk to Ranveer face to face about what she hopes for their futures. But in a way that doesn't have these types of conditions because you can't start a new relationship with conditions.
Just my thoughts😃

Its not about Sona getting married to Dev and will have a btr situation financially as Dev is rich. Its about being equal partners in a marriage. If Dev's view is that middle class people are not happy, they struggle bcoz of money, there is no barabari between rich and middle class people, then how can Sona get an equal status in their marriage. She is not a gold digger, for Sona it doesnt matter Dev is rich or not. I am sure she wud have fallen for Dev even if he was poor. She knows their is a status difference, RR has told her the same many times but she is hurt that Dev might feel the same.
N Neha if she wants to maintain her rich lifestyle, btr get married to a rich guy. Ranveer had accepted her refusal gracefully. Neha started liking Ranveer coz she felt he loves her , and not her brother's money. Then why force Ranveer now to accept her brother's charity.

exacty! By saying rishta barabar ka nahi hai sentense dev obviously meant that they are not financially equal. Which will obviously hurt sona. As because even dev and sona are not financially equal. Sona should not be blamed here . Her reactions were natural.
