Well, we all know YHM lacks logic.Still, my question is who will have Ruhi's coustody if Ishra separate as they say they will? No one ever mentions it...

Though i am not from law background but i think raman will get ruhi's custody because ...ishita is not the biological parent of ruhi and also raman and shagun are now staying together who are the actual biological parents...so logically ishita can't even calim ruhi's custody..imo

omg is that true..than what is the need of ishita role in ruhi custody?she dnt have any one with her ?no ruhi,adi,and pihu.kill ishita character in gud note.

i am just replying to TM squestion...since ruhi's initial custody is with ishra that is why they are fighting it together against nidhi and also raman knows how much ruhi loves ishita...but if after getting ruhi's custody ishra get separated then i don't think ishita can claim ruhi's custody.

I feel ishita will herself give rights to Raman to claim on ruhi...and will try to leave and may go missing or something on those lines...

we are 200% sure she will not claim ruhi .y not raman hand over ruhi to ishita this time?

Last time raman was ready to hand over ruhi to Ishita during ishra mani track... And that time he didn't even had adi or pihu... So this time also he will happily handover ruhi to Ishita... P. S. this is just my expectations looking at previous tracks... Bt writers can do anything...

there is no logic ,first of all nidhi will be taken in to custody n ruhi will be given to her biological parents as they are dna n all. custody of ruhi to whom,if applied ? does raman abetment of suicide and ishita attempt to commit suicide are not criminal offences,charges on raman by his son adi is also there,if cases are registered? wats raman-ishita,raman-shagun marital status? does shagun can file ruhi custody case as single parent? if not parents next family mems can file custody case it seems,mr n mrs.bhalla. if ruhi doesn't want r trust any she can appeal to court it seems,govt will take care of her as she is minor if not wrong.

if now custody given to both so after they seperate again they ve apply it seems as single parent but it's not game n court will angry of wasting their time n govt may take care of ruhi ,instead of tat they settle out of court among themselves it seems after getting ruhi custody.here in d show ishita thinking of bringing ruhi to raman n family n she leave,so frm her side she is ok to give it to raman,ruhi custody.
