My POV.
Dev felt his sister has suffered enough and she should not have a similar situation to deal in the future, Money is important, but that does not mean you give it as a Crutch that you make people depend on it or feel disrespected. On one hand, Dev could have openly spoken to Ranvir, of his sister's apprehensions, what he thinks and how they could possibly remedy that situation. Dev knows now, what it is to love and hence hopefully understands that Ranvir loves Neha. He should have appreciated Ranvir in his intentions that he wants to provide happiness to Neha at his own behest, so Dev could let him know that he is always available whenever Ranvir thinks he could be of help. That way Dev would have shown his appreciation as well as respect for Ranvir sentiments, as an Independent person.

Secondly, when Neha put him in a spot asking him to make Ranvir rich, he could have nicely explained to her, since she loves him, as to how Ranvir would react to such help and that he would feel offended as a person. How would she feel, when Ranvir would feel he is not good enough of a person for her to love. Dev could have asked her to think over it and come up with a suggestion, how they could collectively help and improve that situation. As an Independent person, and one who advocates that even his sister Riya should work her way up, how could he assume that Ranvir could be an exception. They have always projected that Dev is very sensitive and a good person, so this track did not match up to that character.

Sona is a girl from a middle class family and she takes pride in it. She does not lack anything nor does she pine for anything, but at the same time she does not agree that Money is necessary to live a happy life, we heard this yesterday in her conversation with her brother and Elena. She gives a lot of importance to People and relationships rather than material things. She felt that today if being middle class is not good enough for Neha and Ranvir as according to Dev, then it could come up as a problem between her and Dev in the future too.

I second her opinion.

I think the same. Although I agree what she said but I think she over reacted and there was no need to bring her and Dev's relationship into the argument!
But I feel that after seeing Natasha with Dev and going through so much pain, its natural be a little sensitive and insecure about this new relationship!

Hmmm nope...not really...😊

She wasnt judgemental at all. What Dev said affects her as well .. She and Ranvir are on the same status - middle class. Infact her parting shot was " I didnt expect this from you Mr Dixit' and she went off. And she was cool, calm and composed when she spoke to him without any shouting or screaming. It was perfect delivery of speech.

She never thought Dev could have such an opinion and she waas very disappointed hearing that from the horse's mouth. They just started their relationship and now this comment... this type of thing really hurts even though it may not be intentional.

She did what any other girl would have done and she did right by asking if he felt the same way about her? She didnt deviate. She asked the Obvious! So its not all about her.

Infact, I can understand Dev concern for his sister's welfare to be settled well in life ( who wouldnt) and at the same time I can understand how his approach and opinion of Ranbir has affected Sona.

Think about it...otherwise why would Dev now go and meet her and gosh wait for 2hrs in the rain to apologise? Now that's what I like about Dev. His remorse...not any typical guy who takes things for granted and he make amends...or so i think as have yet to see today's episode.

If you look at every one's point of view, every one will be right but I guess at the end you have to choose the best of the two evils.😆
