What is all about the homes? Big doubt

1. AKASH GANGA SOCIETY- Since Akash Ganga Society was burnt down, so the Bhalla and the Iyyers moved into Service Apartments. They had been showing making payments for Akash Ganga Society in between too, for the recovery I guess. But how come, seven years have passed and no one has moved in there. Plus, it was shown that Raman got the two families these flats so how come after so many fights , Iyyers are still living there.

2. BALA AND VANDITA'S HOME- Didn't Bala and Vandu, get their home uptil now? Weird.

3. PROPERTY IN THE NAME OF A DECEASED PERSON- Yesterday, Ashok was seen saying that the ownership of Bhalla House belongs to Ruhi Bhalla. But how? After a person is deceased, his property is transferred on to his nominees. Who knew that Ruhi was alive? Strange.

4. REAL TRUTH ABOUT THE FLATS- We have often seen Raman saying that this is my house and it belongs to me. How come Mr. Bhalla has transferred the ownership in Ruhi's name then? Some days back even Raman asked Romi to take his parents to his home.

Plus were not these apartments just a temporary place?

Agrhhh! So many doubts.
