Biologically Ishita can be pregnant

After she became pregnant so quickly after second C...it was shown she medically had no trouble getting pregnant

Then the fact she lost her kid to an accident that any woman would lose a kid with...it was not known whether she could carry the kid to term or not.

However at the start of the show they explained she had scarring of her reproductive track thanks to TB that lead to her infertility but with how fast and without intervention she got pregnant - that is questionable.

Sadly the CVs ripped away her medical diagnosis of infertility but continue to use to issue to draw eyes on the show and intensify drama

But do you remember magic pregnancy after consummation? That rendered this biologic diagnosis irrelevant bc it said she had a problem releasing and having an egg fertilized, but on the show she very quickly had a child naturally after having sex with her husband.

So while the science could've made sense - the CVs destroyed her infertility and mocked real women who have to spend $10000 bc they can't concieve but can carry like you described (hence needing IVF)

Biologically yes.

It happens in real life , but that passion between Ishra is gone now. they r old, life is so complicated. by the time they solve all the issues around them, they will start Adi & alia's track, so i doubt it.

Even if she gets pregnant,she will hide it from raman for as long as possible.And even if raman were to come to know of it,he will want the pregnancy terminated/aborted as he wouldn't want to turn a dad to a new born when his children are pretty grown up.
Ishu might even be having a kid at aus w/o raman's knowledge as that would have proved raman's surr theory wrong.Maybe that's why she did not want to contact raman.ISHU IS NOT THE KIND OF WOMAN WHO WOULD TRAP A MAN USING HER PREGNANCY/CHILD.
