ummm what Shah said was the complete truth. It's another matter that he received unbelievable flak for being brave enough to state the failings of today's society.

SRK and Aamir said what they felt which is not wrong. If they feel unsafe or feel the country is intolerant, they are not demeaning the country nor are mocking the country by any way as many feel the same.

Salman's comment also is what he felt which is sick in its own way and then he went on to add saying he couldn't walk and hence felt like a raped women. And then he wanted people to laugh about it that see his pain was so bad. That's pure sick to hear from a grown-up middle aged man who has women in his own house. Like him, many people consider the term RAPE a joke and nowadays so many people use it so casually, I raped the like button which is disgusting.

Yes, they use the phrase "raping the report button" all the time on this forum! And there are rape jokes in movies too, remember the balatkar jokes in 3 Idiots?

That shows how immune/ callous we have become to that word rape!

But this is Salman comparing his inability to walk after gruelling exercise, to a raped woman's stumbling walk because of her injuries!

Hes comparing his beaten up condition to a rape victim's!!! That is whats so shocking and disgusting! 🤢

I hardly commented on the intolerance issue because I don't live in India, thus it felt a unfair to speak on that matter.

But after seeing the kind of flak SRK n Amir received by the
government and its cronies, I felt their statements were
more or less valid. Showing concern about your own country is not and should not be considered as anti-national activity.

To be honest, Aamir was dumb to share his wife's leaving India comments in the media (why would you do that!??!?) but I thought him calling SRK a dog years ago was much worse really...his topmost W*F comment. Intentionally insulting a colleague's dignity on a public platform with as childish and petty an insult as that >>>>> talking about leaving a place/country. But I've never really understood or agreed with the ideology behind patriotism so I might be missing the mark completely here.
