Is all not well between Shah Rukh Khan and Dhanak director Nagesh Kukunoor? Because it seems like SRK doesn't want to be a part of the director's latest film! Nagesh Kukunoor's Dhanak which released this week is about two children who set off on a trip across Rajasthan to meet Shah Rukh Khan. It's a tribute of sorts to Khan's stardom. However, Shah Rukh is nowhere to be seen in the film.

Apparently, Nagesh was keen to have SRK make a guest appearance at the end of the film. But he was denied access to the star. Now that Dhanak is released, the team is keen to show the star in the film, but he refuses to respond to their calls and messages.

Says a source, "The team is at its wit's end. They tried getting in touch during the shooting and after the film's release, to no avail. It's strange. Usually, Shah Rukh is very accessible to producers and filmmakers who seek his support. He has agreed to play cameos in the silliest of films just because he was asked to. Wonder what happened this time!"

Should all these things not be planned before making a movie? How can anyone expect to put SRK's name in a movie and after the movie is made, ask him to make a guest appearance?

Nagesh should have taken Ranbir in place of SRK in the movie. But everyone is blinded by Khan stardom👎🏼

SRK doesn't HAVE to be part of this movie. Maybe he's busy or out of the country or just doesn't want to do it.

Anyways it shouldn't have to be a news has he should be able to choose in what movie he wants to star.

SRK made a guest appearance in that bakwas movie Sharukh bola khubasoorat hai tu LOL then why would he deny this, that too a Nagesh Kukunoor film cameo?
