So this song by Billy Joel, called 'My Life' is my dad's favourite. He introduced me to it and to the singer. I love it too. Please give it a listen if you are new to it. It's a great song. Anyone who has craved to breakaway can relate to it. It's about personal freedom/liberation. The lyrics are in bold italicized letters.
To me, it's annoying, heartbreaking and awful to watch Abhi being mislead by villains and well wishers alike. The good ones want to help him but they haven't yet helped him after months and months. The soap may never go to a place where Abhi might know how lousy the team was in helping him but even before that I would want to see Abhi just going away from them all.
I loved how he felt "done" with Tannu and Pragya in the last couple of episodes. But Daadi has put him back in the loop again but I wish that kind of phase where he is indifferent continued.. and that might have lead the team to tell him truth too, who knows! Anyways, here is my wishful songfic.

The situation is, Abhi is broken and confused about everything. Tannu being nasty disgusts him. He doesn't want to deal with a confusing Pragya anymore. He doesn't want to deal with his dilly dallying emotions anymore. Daadi again tries to advice him so that he is distracted.
But the difference is Abhi tells them all, Pragya, Aaliyah, Purab, Daadi and Tannu..that he is so done with them. He tells Pragya if the house is not all in her name, she could have it. All he is taking in return is his guitar and a ticket to Los Angles. And then he takes a taxi to the airport.

Now he gives them a stand-up routine in L.A.
He does think of his Fuggy on his way to L.A., while her face juxtaposes with that of Mogambo. His heart still craves for the love that Fuggy was but he knows he can do without it. He did fine before Fuggy was in his life. He will do it again, he decides. He doesn't need Mogambo to tell him what to do, he doesn't need Fuggy to make him feel love anymore.

He had let go of Fuggy technically when she said she can't be with him after Tannu's pregnancy. He hadn't asked her to come back. He definitely wouldn't have wanted her to come back like Mogambo.

He remembers Daadi telling him how he will need love in life. How he should really figure out if Pragya is Fuggy. He knows he could have done that, but he doesn't want to. He is sure he could do without doing all that.
