It's a combination of all. Better films and better acting cannot take you that far without a proper PR strategy. She may be able to achieve temporary success but it will all be in vain if she disappears soon after.

For Shraddha's case however, I agree that she is not following the right path by trying to gain more exposure. For now she needs to focus on improving her acting skills and getting that critical acclaim before anything. Maybe she can do that with Haseena? Who knows. If she is willing to work hard and if the script(and it's a big 'if') turns out to be good then it might actually work in her favor. We will just have to wait and see.

Shraddha just knows her weakness n I guess is desperate to please the audience other than the teens who Love her. Hence haseena.

But I think it'll crash worse than Jazbaa n sarbjit. Because she's worse than ash.

Plus it needs some hottie to generate that invisible chemistry (never seen it with anyone other than ark) n the auto tuned songs she sings

Alia is super lucky but man she can act! And is a good dancer n likeable

Watched Kapoor and sons and the only one useless in the movie was Alia. Her part could have been deleted nothing would be wrong in the movie and it didn't help that she was super annoying.

she was really bad in k&s. That crying scene of hers gosh was so bad. She was just so boring in the movie. I would rather have had Shraddha in the movie then her. Atleast she would have looked really good with both sid and fawad. Shraddha is the kat of her generation. But I think whereas Kat took her looks and dancing too seriously instead of acting. Shraddha is the opposite. I think give her time she might surprise us. I dnt think its her in this blind though. Probably Pari the skinny wanabe who wants more exposure. Only thing is pari doesn't have any hits. Bt if it is Shraddha she doesn't need to worry about being in the public eye she must concentrate on her movies.
