what will happen after nach baliye ...yes the winners will get money and car but what will happen to there careers ...like will they get to act in a film or how advantageous is it for the winners?

The exposure from this show should translate to some career offers too. Although I am not sure the previous winners got any extra offers. Dont think Hussain/Tina got any film offers...

But David seems to have noticed Sanjeda and Vaibhavi recommended her choreographers for Davids next film.

It mostly helps their carrers.. and if they like dancing, they get to dance a whole ton! Get noticed, popularity, a new car, 20 lakh. What else would you want. 😆 😉

anything can happen they may get good exposure or they may get non at all, which i v much dount, iff AAMIR SANJEEDA win which i hope they do then i think this show will have a positive impact upon them
