Sajid Nadiadwala bought the rights to remake SS Rajamouli's action adventure period saga Magadheera in Hindi. Shahid Kapoor was supposed to play Ram Charan's role from the original. But that is not happening anymore. Shahid is no more a part of the ambitious project. He confirms, "I am not doing that film anymore. Right now, after Rangoon, I am unemployed." What about AK Vs SK? "That will not be made anymore," he reveals. We wonder if the Magadheera remake will now even be made anytime soon. If yes, who will replace Shahid for the war saga? We list a few choices. Now that the original plans have gone for a toss, RK is still a good choice for an action reincarnation film. It can be his Karan Arjun! Ranveer Singh He has played a warrior king once before in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's epic extravaganza, period film, Bajirao Mastani. He can do it again. Varun Dhawan Epic drama is possibly one of the few genres that this versatile young star has not tried. It'll be exciting to see VD in this avatar. Tiger Shroff It's an action movie. Ergo Tiger. Also, his proximity to the Nadiadwala banner (he is, in fact, their protg) makes him a strong contender too. Sidharth Malhotra Looks like royalty.
